Deleting a Pulse 1C account

Version of 12.10.2026

This page is for the Pulse 1C app and the pulse1c.uz website. Operator: the Pulse 1C team (pulse1c.uz).

How to delete your account

  • In the app or on the website: sign in to your account (https://pulse1c.uz/account), press «Delete account» at the bottom of the «My databases» page, and confirm with your password and the «I understand» box. If the account has no password (you sign in with Telegram), sign in again and delete the account within 15 minutes of signing in.
  • Without the app: write to info@pulse1c.uz from the account email address (or give the Telegram username you sign in with). We will delete the account and reply to your email.

Deleted immediately

  • the account email address, name, password hash and language;
  • the link between Telegram and the account;
  • the list of your databases in the account (your access rights);
  • all sign-ins of the account on every device and the database sign-ins opened from the account;
  • unused email codes and links, Telegram sign-in requests;
  • invitations to databases that you issued and nobody has accepted yet;
  • emails to your address still waiting in the server outbox;
  • the history of your questions to the assistant in the Telegram bot linked to the account (for all databases), with your ratings of the answers;
  • the history of your questions to the assistant in the browser or app you delete the account from — for the account’s databases;
  • the link between your Telegram and a database for opening Pulse inside Telegram, and the stored name, username and language from your Telegram profile;
  • notification tokens of devices that registered through database sign-ins from the account that were still valid at the moment of deletion (registrations left by already expired sign-ins are not removed this way — we will delete them on request by email).

Not deleted with the account

  • The 1C databases themselves and their data on the server (report cache, structure information), digital signature keys and saved connections of the databases — they belong to the database, not to the account.
  • Other people’s access to the same databases.
  • A cloud database that only you connected will keep opening for the people you gave access to, but after the account is deleted nobody will be able to change its access code or remove it from Pulse. To delete such a database too, first open it and press «Remove the base from Pulse» on the «EDS key on the server» page.
  • The history of questions to the assistant from other browsers and devices — the server cannot link it to the account; hints for the assistant that you left for a database — they belong to the database.
  • Service messages already sent to the Pulse administrator in Telegram (their contents are listed in the privacy policy) remain in the administrator’s Telegram chat.
  • Server logs (IP address, request times and addresses, Telegram ID and the beginning of messages to the bot) — deleted automatically after 30 days.
  • The previous version of the server with a copy of the data as of the last update — until the next server update. If an update is rolled back before then, the deleted account may come back from this copy; deletion is not repeated automatically — write to info@pulse1c.uz and we will delete it again (the copy taken during a rollback is kept until the administrator clears it manually).

Deleting the rest

Database data, assistant history, digital signature keys and logs can be deleted on request to info@pulse1c.uz. How data is processed is described in the privacy policy: https://pulse1c.uz/privacy/.
